There are some steps we’re taking to make sure that our team, our premises, and our approach are following recommendations being made to ensure that we’re doing everything we reasonably can to ensure everyone’s health and well being.
At the time of writing, we’re fortunate enough here in NZ to be one of the countries in the world that are not experiencing any community transmission, but even so at Massage Eden, your wellbeing is our highest priority. Here are some of the things we’re doing every day to keep our clients and employees happy and healthy.
Here’s what’s happening…
After every massage treatment or any treatment on our premises, all the towels and drapes are replaced in each room. This includes sheets, towels, and the headrest outer.
Any equipment or product containers that are handled often, such as phones, keyboards, door handles, massage stools and tables, countertops, and cabinets are regularly cleaned with disinfectant.
All employees are washing their hands before every single client with warm water and soap for 20 seconds before and after touching clients, and before touching all clean linen and towels, and after visiting the bathroom.
Of course, we’re being extra careful to make sure that employees showing any signs of illness, stay at home. Fortunately, this has not been needed. Also, we suggest that if any clients with an appointment booked aren’t feeling well, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment.
No cancellation fees will be payable if an appointment needs to be changed or canceled.
