At Massage Eden, our friendly staff and professional massage therapists are dedicated to providing a calm, welcoming, and stress-free experience—every time. Here’s what you can expect during your first visit.
Warm Welcome & Consultation
When you arrive, our team will warmly welcome you and assist you in completing a brief intake form. This helps us understand any relevant medical history, past or present injuries, or other physical conditions, ensuring your treatment is safe and tailored to your individual needs.
Your Treatment Room
You will then be guided to a peaceful treatment room, where a comfortable massage table with crisp, clean sheets will be prepared for you.
Clothing is optional. Some clients prefer to fully disrobe for maximum relaxation, while others choose to remain partially clothed. Either option is perfectly acceptable. You will always be professionally draped to ensure privacy and comfort throughout your session.
During Your Massage
Your therapist may occasionally check in to ensure the pressure and techniques are comfortable for you. As this is your customised massage, we encourage open communication. Please let us know if you would like:
A different pressure
A change in room temperature
Focus on specific areas of concern
Depending on your needs, your therapist will either perform a full-body massage for general relaxation or focus on the specific areas you have requested.
After Your Session
Once your massage is complete, your therapist will leave the room so you may dress in your own time. They will be waiting outside with a freshly brewed cup of tea to enhance the therapeutic effects of your treatment and will then escort you back to the front area when you’re ready.
Hydration & Aftercare
Massage can stimulate circulation and release toxins within the body. We recommend drinking plenty of water in the hour following your treatment to help flush these out and maximise the benefits of your massage.
Shower Facilities
You’re welcome to use our modern, clean shower facilities either before or after your treatment. Any excess oil or lotion will be gently removed by your therapist at the end of your session. If you prefer, leaving a light layer on your skin can further nourish and hydrate it.

Each session includes a 5-minute pre-treatment consultation and 5 minutes at the end for you to re-dress comfortably.
