3. What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
4. What should I bring or wear to my appointment?
Just bring yourself! We provide robes, slippers, and towels. Wear comfortable clothing—you’ll be professionally draped during all treatments for privacy and comfort.
5. Should I arrive early?
Yes, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to relax and fill out any necessary forms before your session begins.
6. Can I request a specific therapist?
Of course! You can request a preferred therapist during the booking process, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your choice.
7. Are your treatments safe for pregnant clients?
Yes, we offer prenatal massage and other tailored treatments. Please consult with your healthcare provider and inform us when booking.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available online or at our spa, and they make a thoughtful gift for any occasion.
9. Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included. If you’re happy with your service, a tip of 15–20% is greatly appreciated.
