Kindly note that we are not an ACC provider, and we do not offer any sexual services. All treatments are strictly professional and focused on health, relaxation, and wellbeing.

2. How do I book an appointment?

3. What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

4. What should I bring or wear to my appointment?
Just bring yourself! We provide robes, slippers, and towels. Wear comfortable clothing—professional draping is used during all treatments to ensure privacy and comfort.

5. Should I arrive early?
Yes, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to relax and complete any necessary forms before your session begins.

6. Can I request a specific therapist?
Of course. You may request a preferred therapist during the booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Are your treatments safe for pregnant clients?
Yes, we offer prenatal massage and other tailored treatments. Please consult your healthcare provider and inform us at the time of booking.

8. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available online or at our spa and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion.

9. Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included. If you are happy with your service, a tip of 15–20% is greatly appreciated but entirely optional.

10. Do you accept walk-ins?
We accept walk-ins subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance.
