A body scrub uses a textured exfoliating blend to lift away dead skin across the whole body, leaving it smoother and brighter while improving circulation. A body wrap follows cleansing with a nourishing layer of hydrating or detoxifying ingredients that soften and condition the skin while you rest. Ear candling is a quiet, traditional treatment many clients find deeply relaxing, and foot massage therapy gives the feet and lower legs a focused thirty minutes of attention. At Massage Eden in Auckland CBD, Parnell and Rotorua, you can book any of these on their own or pair them with a massage to round out a longer visit. Arrival. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and let your therapist know if you have any skin sensitivities or allergies before a scrub or wrap.

The room. Scrubs and wraps take place on the treatment table with professional draping, and you will be warm and covered between stages. Ear candling is done lying on your side; foot massage therapy is fully clothed with just your feet and lower legs exposed.

Communication. Tell your therapist if any pressure or product feels too firm, too warm or too strong, and they will adjust straight away.

Afterward. Skin can feel sensitive and freshly hydrated after a scrub or wrap, so drink water and skip harsh products for the rest of the day. These treatments pair naturally with a body massage, so ask about combining the two on your next visit.

    Foot massage therapy is a dedicated thirty minute treatment focused entirely on the feet and lower legs.
