Facials in Auckland, Parnell & Rotorua
Three facial lengths — mini, purifying, or rejuvenating — across three studios.
Book a thirty-minute mini facial as a quick reset, forty-five minutes of purifying and rebalancing for skin that needs more, or a full hour of rejuvenating skincare. The same trained therapists who deliver our massage menu also handle the facial side; the rooms and product range are consistent across all three studios.
A facial at Massage Eden is the focused-skincare counterpart to our body-massage menu — same trained team, same private treatment rooms, same intent of practical care over spa-aesthetic theatre. Treatments use Skin-deep products, a professional-grade skincare line; at Rotorua, the menu also incorporates Rotorua thermal mud, prized for its mineral content and collagen-building properties. The thirty-minute Mini Facial covers the basics: cleanse, exfoliate, mask, moisturise. The forty-five-minute Purifying & Rebalancing goes deeper for skin that's congested, reactive, or recovering. The sixty-minute Rejuvenating treatment is the longest format — a layered facial with extended massage of the face, neck, and décolletage. You don't pick a product line when you book — your therapist assesses on the day and uses what your skin is asking for.
What you get for your hour.
-
Three lengths, one routine
Most clients land on a length that fits their schedule, then come back at the same length monthly or every six weeks. Skincare is most effective consistent rather than aggressive — pick the slot you'll actually keep, not the longest treatment available.
-
Same therapists across all three studios
The team that delivers our body massage menu also delivers the facials. You don't get a different roster for the skincare side — same training, same standard, same approach.
-
Rotorua thermal mud (Rotorua studio)
Our Rotorua location incorporates locally sourced thermal mud into the facial menu. It is rich in skin-loving minerals, helps build collagen, improves skin texture, and reduces pore size. Book at Rotorua if you want to try it.

Honest assessment, no upsell
If your skin is fine and you'd benefit from coming in less often rather than more, your therapist will tell you. We'd rather you book once a month and stay than book weekly and burn out on it.
Mini, purifying, or rejuvenating.
All three options are available at every location. Most clients start with whichever length fits the time they have, then settle into a rhythm at one consistent length.
-
Mini Facial
30 min · $65Thirty minutes covering the four-step base routine: cleanse, exfoliate, mask, moisturise. The shortest format — a useful reset on a lunch break or before an event, but also the right entry point if you've never had a facial with us.
-
Purifying & Rebalancing Treatment
45 min · $89Forty-five minutes designed for congested, reactive, or recovering skin. The therapist works in extraction where appropriate, calming products through the rebalancing phase, and a longer mask to settle the skin back down.
-
Rejuvenating Treatment
60 min · $119A full hour — the layered facial with extended massage through the face, neck, and décolletage. The longest format, and the one most clients pick when the session is also the rest of the afternoon.

Arrive five minutes early to fill out a short skin-history form. Tell your therapist about any active product use (retinols, acids, prescription topicals) before the session starts so they can adjust. The treatment is on a heated table, head-and-shoulders propped, with professional draping. After the facial, give the skin a few hours before applying makeup if you can — the products do more when they're not immediately covered. Book the next session four to six weeks out for maintenance.
Before you book.

Which facial should I book first?
If it's your first facial with us, the Mini Facial at thirty minutes is the easiest entry point — cleanse, exfoliate, mask, and moisturise without committing to a full hour. If your skin needs more (congestion, dullness, post-summer recovery), the Purifying & Rebalancing treatment goes deeper. Bookings are flexible — start short, scale up if you want to.
-
Can I combine a facial with a massage?
Yes — the Spa Packages page covers the layered treatment options that include a facial alongside massage and sauna. If you want a custom combination outside those packages, call any studio and we'll arrange it on the day.
-
Do you sell the products you use?
Yes, we stock a selection of the professional-grade skincare products used in our treatments. Ask your therapist at the end of your session if there's a specific product you'd like to take home.
-
Are the treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — the Purifying & Rebalancing treatment is specifically designed for skin that reacts easily. Tell us at booking or before the session starts so we can adjust the products and pressure used.
